Terms & Conditions: Free Check Engine Light Diagnostic Promotion

This promotion is strictly limited to the first 30 confirmed bookings or until [July 1st 2026], whichever comes first. Don't wait until the slots are gone!"

1. Limited Availability: This offer is valid only for the first 30 qualified bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one per household.

2. Free Service Radius: The mobile diagnostic trip is 100% free only for locations within a 10-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio.

3. Outside Service Area (Gas & Time Protection): For addresses located between 11 to 25 miles away, the diagnostic remains free, but a flat $35 Mobile Travel Fee will be charged to cover fuel and travel time. We do not service locations beyond 25 miles for this promotion.

4. Travel Fee Credit: If you are outside the 10-mile free zone and pay the $35 travel fee, 100% of that fee will be credited back to you and deducted from your total bill if you hire Efcl Quick Auto-Servicing to complete the recommended repair OR any other automotive maintenance service (such as an oil change, brake service, etc.) during the same visit. .

5. Scope of Service: The free service includes connecting a professional OBD-II scanner to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and providing a preliminary repair recommendation. It does not include advanced electrical tracing, physical engine teardowns, or any parts and labor required for actual repairs.

6. Pre-Screening Required: To protect scheduling, all participants must provide the vehicle's Year, Make, Model, and current symptoms via Facebook message or phone prior to booking confirmation.

7. Operating Hours: Appointments must be scheduled within our standard mobile working hours (Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM – 8:30PM).

8. No Cash Value: This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to past services, or combined with other discounts.

9. Right to Modify: Efcl Quick Auto-Servicing reserves the right to end or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice.
